Gold Seal International (GSI) will separate from Gold Seal Practice Management (GSPM) following the acquisition of GSPM and Gold Seal Intellectual Property (GSIP) by Steadfast Group.
GSI will be led by former Gold Seal Director David Mills and the team, will consist of former Gold Seal employees and contractors. The business will focus on continuing to provide compliance, audit and other professional services including performing Lloyd’s coverholder audits to businesses with operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
GSI remains committed to continue providing its expert services to select brokers, managing agents, underwriting agencies and the broader insurance industry.
As part of this development Gold Seal International will transition its name to GSI Professional Services in the near future.
Gold Seal has always been proud of its independence. Throughout this process, we have been very mindful of data sensitivities and gone to great lengths to ensure all the data has been correctly separated.
GSI will build on the long and proud history created by Gold Seal, which led it to be recognised as the leading provider of Compliance, Human Resources and Training and Education services to the general insurance market for more than 16 years.
GSI Managing Director David Mills, said "We are excited to be able to continue to take the Gold Seal philosophy, some of its people and its valued services forward. Additionally, we will be broadening our reach to the wider Asia-Pacific region to support Lloyd’s coverholders, managing agents, brokers and underwriting agencies.
He added, "I’m so pleased that some of our team of former Gold Seal employees will be part of our journey to provide the insurance industry with the highest quality professional services. We are all excited by the future opportunities this creates."
Some of the former Gold Seal team will remain integral members of GSI including Audit and Technical Services Manager, Lorraine Calway, Audit and Technical Services Consultant, Kim Fuller and Compliance Consultants, Carolyn Roche, Lynda Davies and Eileen Kelly.
